Conferencing Services complete package provides:

• Customer service staff (9 am-7 pm weekdays; 8 am-5 pm Saturdays)
• Use of toll-free and local numbers with trained staff to answer general inquiries regarding your event
• Ability to process mail, phone, and walk-up registrations
• Processing of fees through multiple payment options (cash, check, credit card or purchase order) with receipt generation and company invoicing capabilities
• Compliance with UC Riverside internal audit requirements for payment processing
• Customer service team for sign-in and at-the-door registration on day of event
• Weekly reports to update you on registration numbers and revenues
• Event finance reconciliation including a summary of income and fees
• Experienced conferencing staff present on the day of the event to assist with any conferencing needs

Fees:

• Campus rate - $20/per registration, including all services outlined above
